Age 14
That’s the average age a child is first bought & sold in sex trafficking. Our ballot measure set a penalty of Life In Prison Without Parole for anyone who buys or sells a minor child for sex in Colorado. Certain punishment, without a chance to ever brutalize another child. It’s time Colorado voters loudly say, “Not here. Not once. Not ever.”
Mark “Oz” Geist

Oz is a Marine Corps veteran and member of the Annex Security Team that fought in the 2012 Benghazi attack, where he helped save over 25 American lives. A Colorado native, Oz served 12 years in the Marines, specializing in counter-terrorism and intelligence.
After his military career, he became a deputy sheriff and later Chief of Police in Colorado. In 2004, he began contract security work in Iraq and Libya, advising elite units and protecting U.S. personnel. He is a co-author of the New York Times bestseller 13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi.

Bigger, stronger biological males are invading girls’ sports in Colorado, taking away our girls dignity, safety, and opportunity. Our ballot measure ensures the integrity of girls’ sports is protected, requiring athletic leagues and teams be specifically designated male, female or co-ed.

Jennifer is an American author, business executive, and retired artistic gymnast. She was a seven-time member of the United States national artistic gymnastic team and was the 1986 US Women's All-Around National Champion. Following her gymnastics career, Sey entered the business world,becoming Chief Marketing Officer of Levi Strauss and is presently the Founder and CEO of XX-XY Athletics, bringing together her business acumen and passion to protect women in sports.
Jennifer is a graduate of Stanford University, and the author of several books, including Chalked Up and Levi's Unbuttoned: The Woke Mob Took My Job But Gave Me My Voice.

It’s irreversible. It’s robbing a child of a reproductive future. It needs to wait. Our ballot measure prohibits irreversible sex change surgeries on minor children, age 17 and younger. We set age limits on many things in Colorado – from voting, to drinking, to signing a contract. It’s too soon. For something this serious and permanent children should not be faced with making such a life altering decision that will rob them from any reproductive future.
